Diabetes Prevention Award
Since 2021, Get Healthy Utah has partnered with the Utah Worksite Wellness Council to recognize worksites that are doing excellent work in diabetes prevention. In 2021, Get Healthy Utah presented the Diabetes Prevention in the Worksite Award to Salt Lake Community College. In 2022, the award went to the University of Utah.
In 2023, Get Healthy Utah presented the Utah County Department of Health with the award. They received the award for their great work on the National Diabetes Prevention Program, and for offering the program to Utah County employees.
